Effective October 2, 2026. These terms form an agreement between you and 12Axes Test. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service

12Axes Test offers a political views questionnaire (the 12axes test), a free result summary and an optional paid complete report. Results compare your answers with editorial estimates we wrote for ideologies, thinkers and political models. They are a tool for reflection and discussion, not a scientific, psychological or official classification, and they do not represent any party, government or the people named.

Accounts

You can take the test without an account. To buy a report you sign in, and you must be old enough to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity in your account and must notify [email protected] of suspected unauthorized use.

Payment

A complete report is a one-time purchase that unlocks the report for one finished test. The price is shown before checkout, in USD; tax may be added where applicable. Occasionally we may offer a reduced price for a specific result; such an offer applies only to that result and only for the stated period. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Stripe processes payments, and the report unlocks once Stripe confirms the payment. Refunds follow our refund policy and mandatory consumer law; a refunded or disputed purchase removes access to that report.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, including by automating submissions, scraping, interfering with security or rate limits, or reverse engineering protected systems. We may suspend access for abuse.

Intellectual property

The statements, axis definitions, profile descriptions, scoring and design of 12Axes Test belong to us. You may share your own result for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Availability and changes

Questions, profiles, scoring and features may change. We may pause the service for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons and do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
